Richard Irvin FM has been delivering the mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance with associated building services contract on MOD bases since 2012.
This contract covers about 560 buildings over four military bases (RAF Lossiemouth, Bovingdon, Station Leuchars and RM Condor), comprising accommodation buildings, swimming pools, community centres, libraries, resource centres, sports centres, day care centres, training centres, industrial hangers, hospital, office buildings and a Typhoon fighter runway.
Our remit is to provide a 24/7 maintenance and breakdown service for all mechanical and electrical services and aerodrome ground lighting systems. We have a resident site team in each of the four bases delivering work to the highest standard.
