Richard Irvin FM Limited (RIFM) is a technical facilities management, building services and energy solutions company. We provide the complete scope of maintenance, repair, replacement and improvement of the internal and external systems of single buildings, multi-site estates and property portfolios in the domestic and commercial sectors.
Services offered include voltage optimisation, low energy and free cooling ventilation and air conditioning technology, ground source heat pumps, wind turbines and photovoltaics. The services are delivered by technically proficient engineers and field operators. They are underpinned by strategically structured divisions – housing, managed, mobile and projects – to a broad scope of sectors, including local authorities, government departments, the public sector, defence, oil and gas, managing agents, housing associations, healthcare, hospitality and retail.
Richard Irvin FM Limited (RIFM) assists clients by providing energy monitoring and reporting systems and energy usage insights with options and solutions to reduce costs and carbon emissions.
RIFM experts have extensive experience in advising and leading facilities management contracts and projects in the public and private sectors and across industries.
