We are pleased to announce that Richard Irvin FM housing services division has recently been awarded two prestigious contracts with two new clients.
Through the PFH Framework, we have been successful in tendering for the annual heating servicing and all-inclusive repairs and maintenance contract for domestic council properties for East Lothian Council. This is a potential five-year contract covering over 9000 properties across the council area.
We have also been successful in tendering for the Key Housing Association gas maintenance and repair contract (north area): another five-year contract!
