Supporting young people in our local community

Richard Irvin FM colleagues Jenni and Alannah had the pleasure of attending the St Kenneth’s Primary School Careers Day, speaking with the Primary 7 pupils about their career journeys and what it’s really like to work in our industry.

They shared honest insights, answered thoughtful questions and helped the pupils explore the wide range of opportunities available, especially for young women considering a future in our sector.

It was fantastic to receive such positive feedback from both pupils and staff, with the session described as engaging, informative and inspiring.

This visit forms part of our ongoing commitment to supporting young people in our local community and promoting greater female representation across the industry. It also builds on our existing relationship with the school, where we previously sponsored both the girls’ and boys’ football strips.

A huge thank you to St Kenneth’s for having us and to Jenni and Alannah for being brilliant role models for the next generation.
