Richard Irvin Underpins Strategic Growth Plans with New Hires and New Offices

Richard Irvin FM Limited, the leading technical facilities management services business based in Scotland, has made a series of senior hires as it pursues its ambitious growth strategy. It is also moving it’s Aberdeen base to new offices in City South, Aberdeen, and is establishing a new Central Scotland Management office located at Castle Business Park, Stirling, to create a senior management hub in the region.

The firm, which employees 335 people, serves public and private sector clients across Scotland and England. With a strong focus on excellent customer care and compliance, Richard Irvin provides a broad scope of services for commercial property and housing. These include planned and reactive maintenance, comprehensive plant and system replacement and upgrades, full project management services and energy management which includes commercial energy management, external wall Insulation and focuses on reducing utility bills and CO2 emissions.

The four new hires announced today include Stuart Lawrie who has been appointed as Division Director, Managed Services, and heads up the dedicated customer teams delivering services to a number of large contracts across the UK. He brings a wealth of experience having worked at building support services company Arthur McKay for over a decade.
