Richard Irvin FM Limited (RIFM) has been reappointed through the PFH framework to help deliver the installation and maintenance of domestic gas central heating and associated appliance services across the Council’s property estate – amassing over 7,000 properties.
Maintaining the contract for over 12 years, this additional four-year commission, estimated to be worth £6.5M, will see RIFM collaboratively support the Council to achieve their strategic outcomes over the coming years.
Our forward-thinking team will use their in-depth knowledge and experience to drive forward the Council’s ambition to achieve excellent levels of first-time fix rates and will work in collaboration with the Council’s Housing Department to create dynamic scheduling and appointment systems that mirror their maintenance requirements.
The team will also look to utilise our in-house technology to look at ways in which efficiencies and further savings can be achieved and delivered throughout the contract term.
Mark Buchan, CEO for Richard Irvin FM, said: “This is an excellent appointment for the company, and we look forward to continuing our excellent relationship and working with the professional team at Midlothian Council. At RIFM we take pride in maintaining these relationships and providing the highest quality of service throughout, this has been reflected in this reappointment.“
