Mobile Services awarded new contract to deliver services across three West of Scotland Colleges
Our market-leading mobile services division has been awarded a significant sole contract to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance services across three of the largest colleges in Glasgow and the West; Glasgow Clyde College, Glasgow Kelvin College and West College Scotland collectively serve over 43,000 students and staff.
This new partnership will see the Mobile Services team work in collaboration with each college to achieve the schedule of works programmed and successfully meet each of the KPIs set for the reactive service provision through our ‘right first-time’ approach.
With the key focus on ensuring the campus facilities meet and exceed the student and staff expectations, our team of experienced engineers will work with each college to implement a robust and compliant process. We will utilise our in-house CAFM system, FMSERV, to save the colleges’ time, bring down costs and offer clear and precise insights into how their campus estate is running.
Mark Buchan, CEO at Richard Irvin FM Limited, said: “We are immensely proud of the growth we have achieved this year despite the obvious challenges. Not only are responding well to doing business in a slightly different way, we are delivering our services innovatively that keeps Health & Safety and Compliance at the forefront of everything we do. Our approach to our clients helps to shape the way we do business together in the long-term.”
Richard Irvin FM Limited has a long-standing working relationship, amassing over 15 years, with the colleges and this appointment is testament to the hard work and professionalism of our Mobile Services Division. We take great pride in knowing we play an integral part of achieving a positive campus experience for all.
