Richard Irvin FM limited is a leading technical facilities management company providing a broad scope of services for commercial property and housing across five key areas – planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, energy management, housing services and projects.

We have an exciting opportunity and are looking for an individual to become an Apprentice based in our Domestic Plumbing and Heating Division.

What will I learn?

You will go through the Modern Apprenticeship in MES Domestic Plumbing & Heating SVQ Level 3 through SNIPEF Training Services and learn the knowledge and skills you need to become time-served in the Plumbing & Heating/Mechanical Engineering Services Industry

What qualifications or qualities are required?

No formal qualifications are required but you need to be able to demonstrate that you have good written and verbal communication skills and are willing to learn and have the ability to follow instructions.  We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, hard working and motivated to become time-served.
