Role Summary

You will be the central point for maintaining our FM Business Fleet, Plant and Training database including key contract operational information and expiry dates. Your role will include the organisation of any routine testing, calibration and repair to all Richard Irvin FM vehicles and plant, setting up robust data tracking and pro-active measures to ensure 100% compliant Fleet, Plant and Training, Liaising with Fleet, Plant and Training support organisations to ensure an efficient and pro-active approach to the management of all fleet and plant and Monitoring delivery performance and measuring for the collation of appropriate KPI’s which will include self-evaluation and treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain Central Fleet, Plant and Training Database for FM Business
  • Monitor renewal/expiry dates calibration and repairs.
  • Support Operation Teams with any information required to assist renewal/compliance process
  • Take ownership and organise fleet/plant and test equipment information, ensuring these are maintained in date and form part of robust over-arching policy and proceedure
  • Ensure Fleet and Plant requirements are reflected in our CAFM system
  • Produce and organise Fleet, Plant and Training Planners business wide
  • Control purchase requests and approval process
  • Monitor and report on Fleet status
  • Monitor and report on Plant status
  • Monitor and report on Training status
  • Arrange, book and collate training when required
  • Organise and collate periodic driver license checks business wide
  • Assist with other Administration tasks as requested by line manager

Experience & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Fleet, Plant and Training Administration
  • Knowledge of Asset management and Data control
  • Quality Management System Experience
  • Minimum 4 years administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • NVQ/SVQ in Administration
  • IOSH Managing Safely preferred
