As we move towards a devolved, inclusive management style and the introduction of Company Values, the employees have seen a number of initiatives introduced to put the workforce at the heart of business decisions.
Our Employee Handbook offers information on key aspects of life at Richard Irvin and acts as a reference for Company policies, terms and conditions etc. Additional HR resources include the new inclusive Company induction, and the roll out of the Manager’s Toolkit – designed to help team leaders manage and motivate staff more effectively.
We demonstrated our commitment to our workforce, lifting the winner’s trophies in both Elevator’s Employer of the Year and HR Network’s HR Director of the Year Award categories.
Career progression and role development is seen as key - we are creative in our employment packages to recruit new and ensure we retain our existing pool.
