By recruiting our own Apprentices at Richard Irvin, we are able to help them grow into a knowledgeable, skilled and committed workforce who will enable the business to perform better and remain competitive within our markets. Our Scheme gives Apprentices valuable work experience, allowing them to develop their skills, knowledge and experience and an understanding of our business.
The training programme usually takes three to four years with a block release period at College; as well as working alongside one of our qualified tradesmen on site.
